I won't paste the entire list of wikis here, but point to the lists.

The wiki matrix was great. It has a wizard that narrows down the wiki choices you have. I can let my customers use the wikimatrix.org to find the wiki they want. In the mean time, the wikis that meet my crititeria are listed below after I used the wiki wizard.
